Dungeon Rampage Remastered — Sold All Weapons? The Support Route
If you sold every usable weapon and cannot enter a dungeon, the evidenced fallback is an official Discord support ticket. In the July 2026 no-weapon thread, developer Mako directs the player to open a ticket on Discord.
This is a support route, not a guaranteed self-service restore. Suggestions about chests or another hero in the replies were not verified as a current fix, and we do not promise that buying an incompatible shop item will solve it.

Identify the dead end before spending more
The thread’s original player was level 1 after selling all weapons, with shop/chest options reportedly requiring level 2. A reply says the dungeon cannot be entered without a weapon. That specific scenario explains why “just enter and farm” can fail.
- Check whether your active hero truly has no usable weapon, rather than merely having the wrong weapon selected.
- Read the level and hero requirements of any item you are considering before spending.
- Record the hero, level, missing usable item and the action that led to the problem.
- Use the official support route when the progression loop is blocked.
Use the developer-directed ticket path
Open the official Dungeon Rampage Discord from the developer’s pinned information and use its ticket/support process. The July 5 developer reply in the sold-weapons thread specifically asks the player to open a ticket there.
Explain that the hero has no usable weapon and cannot enter a dungeon, and include the level and any relevant error or screenshot. Do not post passwords or authentication codes. The pinned post says volunteers or developers may assist and that a reply can take more than a day; it is not a guaranteed turnaround time.
Why this guide does not promise a chest workaround
Other replies suggest opening chests, using another character or obtaining a compatible weapon. They are discussion suggestions, not a confirmed universal recovery procedure. The original level requirement is exactly the condition that can make a generic shopping suggestion unusable.
A newer price table also does not solve this account/item state by itself. Keep prices and common-chest scope separate from a claim that your hero is guaranteed to receive a usable replacement.
You have either found a genuinely usable item under the current requirements or submitted the blocked-hero details through official support. Opening a channel alone is not proof that an item was recovered.
