Dungeon Rampage Remastered — Pyromancer Builds: Burning, Burst & Health
For Pyromancer, the community guide’s default allocation is 75 Burning Damage, 0 Fire Burst Damage, 50 Mana Upgrade and 75 Max Health. Its damage-focused Terminator alternative is 75 / 75 / 50 / 0: it moves the full health investment into Fire Burst Damage.
Choose whether you need the default row’s health or the alternative’s burst investment. Both retain Burning Damage and Mana Upgrade; neither is evidence of a universal top-DPS ranking.

Burning damage stays; burst competes with health
| Allocation | Burning Damage | Fire Burst Damage | Mana Upgrade | Max Health | Choose it for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Default | 75/75 | 0/75 | 50/75 | 75/75 | Keep a substantial health investment alongside burning damage. |
| Terminator | 75/75 | 75/75 | 50/75 | 0/75 | Prioritize burst damage while giving up Max Health training. |
Each row allocates 200 points in total and treats 75 as the per-stat ceiling shown by the source. It is a finished allocation, not a verified level-by-level spending order. If you do not have that many points, use the stated role to plan ahead; the source does not establish a refund method, a respec cost or a mandatory order for your next point.
Read the allocation as a survivability decision
The two rows do not disagree about Burning Damage or Mana Upgrade: those columns are identical. The actual decision is the 75-point trade between health and burst. If the default row already supports the damage role you need, losing the health investment is a meaningful cost rather than a mandatory upgrade.
- Identify whether your problem is failing to survive or failing to deliver burst damage.
- Compare only the two columns that change, then inspect your actual fire/magic equipment.
- Choose the damage-focused row only with the health tradeoff understood.
- If you are dying before damage can matter, reconsider the trade instead of assuming the named alternative is automatically better.
Use a released-hero source, not an old four-hero list
The November 3 1.0 notes confirm Pyromancer and Dragon Knight as newly unlockable heroes. The updated build guide includes Pyromancer. Older Early Access lists that stop before those additions are not a complete current roster. 1.0 release notes.
These sources do not provide a verified unlock-price walkthrough, every weapon’s optimal roll or a level-by-level Fire Burst spending order. This guide covers the evidenced build choice rather than inventing those missing systems.
Burns and crowd control do not solve mobility
The source characterizes Pyromancer through damage over time, crowd control, high mana and fire/magic damage, while noting limited mobility. The Terminator row also has zero Max Health investment. Keep movement and survival in your run plan; the source’s favorable damage opinion does not establish a comparison against every other hero on current content.
You have selected a Pyromancer role, checked the 75-point health-versus-Fire-Burst trade, and compared the four named training values with the allocation you intended. If the weapon assumption is missing or a later patch changes that stat, revisit the choice rather than treating the row as a guaranteed result.
